Born and raised in Argentina, and shaped by extensive international travel, Florencia brings a global perspective and deep cultural fluency to every client relationship, moving seamlessly across different cultures and languages.

Before entering real estate, Florencia built a successful career in marketing and business leadership. Her experience leading U.S. and international sales campaigns across global markets gave her a strategic approach to identifying and analyzing opportunities within South Florida’s growing real estate market.
